- Download or manually enter your students into the Student Register
- Assign students to a ‘Run’, and can create Run Lists for your drivers and schools (as part of their Emergency Management requirements) at the click of a button.
- Run details, including ‘turn-by-turn’ instructions and Bus Stop locations and departure times, are shown on the driver’s IVT screen
- Click and print Warning/Suspension letters.
- A Message Dashboard that allows you to contact parents (email or SMS) for service or incident alerts
- Keep count of your boarding numbers for easy generation of Reports. If not using the OllyCard system, boarding numbers for each Run can be entered on a daily or monthly basis.
