Please take a few minutes to review these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs). Your purchase of
products from us constitutes agreement with these T&C.
These Terms and Conditions May Change
When you purchase equipment or services from the online shop of Network North Pty Ltd,
trading as Accreditation Manager, the specified T&Cs at that time applies to that purchase. We
reserve the right to update these T&Cs at any time which means there may be different
T&Cs applicable to subsequent purchases. For this reason, we encourage you to review
these T&Cs whenever you purchase products from our website shop.

Product Information

Most products displayed on our website are available from the Accreditation Manager office
at Somerset, Tasmania. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale may not be available at our office
and will be shipped directly from the supplier. The prices displayed on our website or in our
catalogue are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and are GST and postage/freight
exclusive.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

Accreditation Manager will arrange payment for shipping with a carrier, but such costs are
the responsibility of the customer. Accreditation Manager charges shipping and handling
fees for every shipment. Once shipped, you will be provided with a tracking reference
number and risk of loss is upon the Customer once we deliver the product to the carrier.
Delivery times are estimates only and we shall not be liable for delays.

Warranties

Accreditation Manager is not the manufacturer of the products – the only warranties offered
are those of the manufacturer, not Accreditation Manager. All products are sold ‘as is’. When
purchasing products, the customer is relying on the manufacturers’ specifications only.
ACCREDITATION MANAGER HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES
EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATED TO PRODUCTS SOLD BY THIRD PARTIES
OR AFFILIATES OF ACCREDITATION MANAGER. THIS DISCLAIMER DOES NOT
AFFECT THE TERMS OF THE MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY, IF ANY.

Pricing Information and Availability

All pricing is subject to change. In such cases, we will advise you of any price change at
which time you have the right to decline the purchase. All orders are subject to product
availability.
